Why is Obama considering the Mother of failed sub-prime lenders for Secretary of Commerce position?

I am sure all those customers she screwed are thrilled. She was a failed subprime lender who set the tone all the way back to 2001.

It is the CHANGE we got with the new president. Success is punished with higher taxes and for those who are failures, they get rewarded (bailouts, etc.).

If you truly believed Obama is not a natural born citizen (as your name suggests), I would think that you would be really unconcerned about who Obama chooses for his cabinet. Don’t you believe he is going to be disqualified anyway?
She is not in the running for the position. It wasn’t offerred, and she has stated that she doesn’t want it.
So how come you were more than willing to elect one of the members of the Keating 5? I’m sure all those customer’s from the Savings & Loan debacle were thrilled to see him run.
This is yet another disgusting pick by Obama. He chooses a Commerce secretary who is involved in one of teh loargest economic failures of all time…Obama is not just a poor choice to me now but a downright FOOLISH one.

The mother of all offences to me would be for Obama to allow Barney Franks to hold any office in his administration. The man is right now Chair of the House Financial Services Committee and is responsible for the whole Fannie and Freddie thing. He should be disbanded and shunned from any and all public service.
In my opinion it would be an embarrassment to dogs the world over to allow this man to be a dog catcher. The man is gay as they come and will tell you so and one of his yearly debates in congress settles on making marijuanna legal.
