Can the lenders be charged late fees and penalties by the taxpayers?
Hokijamoki asked: Since the taxpayers are bailing the lenders out, will we be able to charge the lenders late fees and penalties in proportion to the kind of fees they have been charging us over the past several years? How about a 39 million dollar late fee? That sounds fair.
