I was VICTIMIZED myself. I am a responsible person and can afford my mortgage but once it resets I wont be able to. I trusted the person who was paid to explain the loan paperwork where it was confusing. I was lied to and now this is the crap we are dealing with. I do agree that some people got into houses they cant afford and that is unfortunate. However, the rate I have now is not that low and what they want to raise it to is disgusting. I was lied to and can understand other people's frustration who are not in this situation but not everyone was stupid and bought houses they cant afford Yes predatory lending is very real.
