Is Predatory Lending just something made up to make me use my tax money to bail our idiot adults out?

Yes predatory lending is very real. I was VICTIMIZED myself. I am a responsible person and can afford my mortgage but once it resets I wont be able to. I trusted the person who was paid to explain the loan paperwork where it was confusing. I was lied to and now this is the crap we are dealing with. I do agree that some people got into houses they cant afford and that is unfortunate. However, the rate I have now is not that low and what they want to raise it to is disgusting. I was lied to and can understand other people’s frustration who are not in this situation but not everyone was stupid and bought houses they cant afford
