The computer game is entitled to the End User (which would be the primary user.) Installing it on a computer would be like using the same license on 2 computers. Yes. It is illegal. Will you get caught? Most likely not unless you go and advertise it to the FBI.
you do not mention if you can play the game online or not? If so, then there usually is a code to play online, in which case only one person at a time can play the game online. other than that the person can play the game on their computer at their leisure…..
you also do not mention if the game is on cd or not. if it is cd, then usually you have to install it on the other persons computer, which is ok, just that when the person is done playing the game they should remove it from their computer.
